Representatives from ESB's offshore development team visited Shetland in early December to meet in person with regional stakeholders to discuss development plans for the Stoura Offshore Windfarm.
During the visit, ESB met with representatives from the local authorities, supply chain companies, commercial fisheries and Lerwick Port Authority and confirmed its commitment to continued constructive engagement with all stakeholders and marine users throughout the lifecycle of the project.
The visit, undertaken jointly with neighbouring NE1 offshore windfarm developers Mainstream Renewable Power and Offshore Winds, was coordinated by Shetland Islands Council (SIC) and Highlands and Island Enterprise (HIE).
